The dining experience

There are café and restaurant areas inside the tower with full-height windows, serving Turkish and international dishes alongside coffee and tea. The draw is the outlook rather than a tasting-menu experience: you are eating several hundred metres above Istanbul with the Bosphorus in front of you.

Concepts, operators and menus at attractions like this change over time, so treat any published menu as a guide and confirm with the venue if a specific dish or dietary requirement matters to you.

Breakfast and dinner

• Mornings are quiet and the best time for long-distance views over coffee.
• Dinner overlaps with sunset and the city-lights view, and is the busiest service.
• Window tables are limited at every service.
