Shoot with the lens almost touching the glass to kill reflections, and bring a cloth — the windows take a lot of fingerprints. The best window of the day starts about 30 minutes before sunset and lasts until roughly 20 minutes after, when the sky still holds colour and the city lights are already on.
Viewing floors are level and reached by lift, so the visit is manageable with pushchairs and wheelchairs. The final approach up the hill is steep, which is why most visitors take a taxi from the nearest metro station rather than walking.
